Processor Plate

To someone else had problem with bent plate connector Zalman 9500?
My Zalman 9500 (cpns9500) seems to affect my processor on the outer edges of the contact plate. I can say this because I see the CPU where the contact plate and spread the thermal paste aside. Also, the contact plate, thermal paste glue only the edges in the center is clean as a whistle (can even see my reflection in one place). The reason why I ask is, it seems unusual to me that this brand of good reputation as Zalman would make such a grevious error … Has anyone else experienced this? Does this seem feasible?
Well, I think we can now see why your time was high. This is totally unacceptable and I would definitely return the cooler. As for IS is possible, yes it is possible, as I have heard other examples of what happens. As I said, I want to make it back for a replacement, or if you can get your money, I would invest in a Thermaltake Big Typhoon cooler best all-around. If you really want air cooling, high quality (for overclocking) and are willing to spend a bit more of a cooler go with the Thermalright Ultra-120, the Enzotech MA Ultra-X, or Tuniq Tower.
