Parts Warranty

I was in a wreck, and I am not at fault. My car is under warranty, so how can STATEFARM use used parts?
I was in a wreck, and I am not at fault. The car was in Immaculate condition and was under full warranty, but the car is a '05. Now STATEFARM said they will be using some "referbished 'parts to repair the vehicle. I do not understand how This is legal because the car was under warranty and if I'd taken a Honda, they would all be replaced with new parts. Does anyone have advice my rights under the circumstances, or at least where I can find information. I understand that under normal circumstances they are permitted to use coins used, but I really do not understand how this law is in my situation? Thank you for your help!
I think you have the right to refuse any used parts. Ask the insurance agent straight out "Do I have the right to refuse use of any and all parts or refurbished property on the repair my vehicle? Write down everything he tells you with his name and date and time you spoke with him. If he says no, contact with a lawyer to consult with him or her.
